When I was in Finland, I took a trip to the Arctic Circle and was given a Lappish name in a horribly tacky tourist ceremony--namely, Bear: "Sä oot ihan karhun näköinen!" (You look like a bear!) I was told. So the middle bit is a Lappish-themed bear; the outside is a Lappish-themed sun (top half) and moon (bottom half).
